You will be part of an international project, joining our already existing development teams that build and maintain a mature core application and multiple complementary satellite-applications in the healthcare domain. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside other already involved BAs, interact with end-users and contribute to overall success of the product.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Analyst at Wayfare, you will actively participate in stakeholder meetings to gather and analyse client requirements. You will play a key role in translating end-user requirements into functional requirements for the development teams. Additionally, you will maintain ongoing communication with the client throughout the product development phase, potentially engaging in the product implementation process.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, coupled with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, project management, and business analyst best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft clear and concise user stories and define acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with product owners’ objectives, facilitating seamless communication across development, QA, and product management teams.
- Work collaboratively with product users, stakeholders and the agile team to define and design features that address user needs and elevate the overall user experience.
- Requirements gathering with an emphasis on analysing user needs against user requirements.
- Engage actively in all Agile ceremonies.
- Foster alignment within the team by sharing insights into product goals and vision.
- Develop expert knowledge of the product, customer base, and industry specifics.
- Arrange and perform user acceptance testing or customer reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Unique Skillset:
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced German (C1) and English (B2/C1) language skills.
- Solid proven experience in translating business requirements into software solutions.
- Extensive experience in Agile development teams with strong knowledge and application of Agile methodology.
